Harris Williams, a global investment bank specializing in M&A and private capital advisory services, today announced that Tucker Laurens has joined the firm as a managing director in its Financial Sponsor Coverage Group. Laurens brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience to Harris Williams, having most recently served as a managing director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Solomon Partners, which he helped establish and build.

In his new role, Tucker will work across the firm’s industry and product teams to deepen relationships with private equity investors and connect them with the full breadth of the firm’s sector expertise and advisory capabilities.
