GAITHERSBURG, Md., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — 20/20 BioLabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIDX) (“20/20 BioLabs” or the “Company”), an early market entrant in AI-powered, laboratory-based blood tests for the early detection and prevention of cancers and chronic diseases, today announced that it will host an investor webinar on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Jonathan Cohen, President and Chief Executive Officer of 20/20 BioLabs, will discuss the September 23, 2026 meeting of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Molecular and Clinical Genetics Devices Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee and what management believes the panel’s deliberations may indicate for the broader multi-cancer early detection (“MCED”) category. Mr. Cohen will also discuss the Company’s newly introduced OneTest™ franchise model, preliminary interest from laboratories across the United States, and new state funding initiatives for firefighter cancer screening.

During the webinar, management expects to address the following topics:
- The September 23, 2026 meeting of the FDA’s Molecular and Clinical Genetics Devices Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee, at which the panel voted favorably regarding the safety, effectiveness, and overall benefit-risk profile of GRAIL’s Galleri® MCED blood test for screening adults aged 50 years and older, and what management believes the panel’s deliberations may indicate about the FDA’s evaluation of MCED tests as a category;
- What the advisory committee vote may mean for the regulatory and reimbursement strategy 20/20 BioLabs is pursuing for OneTest™ for Cancer, including the statutory Medicare pathway for FDA-authorized MCED blood tests beginning in 2028 and the Company’s goal of achieving Medicare reimbursement for MCED by the end of 2028;
- The Company’s newly introduced OneTest™ franchise model, under which independent regional laboratories would offer OneTest™ within defined territories and verticals while 20/20 BioLabs retains ownership of its machine-learning models, patented methods, and longitudinal biomarker data;
- Preliminary interest the Company has received from laboratories across the United States and how management believes the franchise model could support broader commercial expansion without the need to build a national sales force; and
- A live question-and-answer session with management.
“The September 23 advisory committee meeting concerned another company’s test, but we believe many of the questions considered by the panel are relevant to multi-cancer early detection as a broader category,” said Jonathan Cohen, President and Chief Executive Officer of 20/20 BioLabs. “On October 7, I look forward to discussing what we believe the meeting may indicate about the regulatory path for MCED tests, where OneTest™ stands today, and how our new franchise model and growing firefighter screening programs could expand access to early cancer detection.”
The October 7 webinar is part of the Company’s monthly investor webinar series, held on the first Wednesday of each month at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time. Investors and other interested parties are encouraged to submit questions in advance to AIDX@mzgroup.us. A replay will be made available through the Company’s investor relations website following the event.
As part of its commitment to expanding access to early cancer detection, 20/20 BioLabs will provide webinar attendees with a promotional discount code for OneTest™ at the conclusion of the event. The offer will be available to all attendees, regardless of shareholder status.
Additional detail on the Company’s business, results of operations, and risk factors is available in its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including its most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
