Capstone Energy+, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEPL) (“Capstone” or the “Company”), a leading provider of behind-the-meter clean microturbine energy solutions for industrial and commercial businesses, as well as solutions designed for emerging data center applications, today announced it will host its First Quarter Fiscal Year 2027 earnings conference call and webcast on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time (4:45 p.m. Eastern Time).
Capstone will release its financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2026, after market close on the same day, prior to the call. Company management will discuss quarterly performance, operational highlights, and strategic progress, followed by a live Q&A session.
