New Caney ISD joins Humble and Willis ISDs in offering Next Level Prime, expanding convenient, no-cost healthcare access for employees and families.
HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, August 6, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Next Level Medical announced today that New Caney Independent School District will offer Next Level Prime to employees and eligible dependents enrolled in the district’s health plan, joining established school district partners Humble ISD and Willis ISD in providing employees and their families with more convenient access to healthcare.
Through Next Level Prime, participating employees and covered dependents receive access to primary care, urgent care, preventive care, chronic disease management, health coaching, emotional wellness counseling, care navigation, and 24/7 virtual care through Next Level Medical.
Covered services are available with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills, helping remove financial and logistical barriers that can make it difficult for working families to access care.

New Caney ISD’s decision builds on the experiences of Humble ISD and Willis ISD, where Next Level Prime has become an established component of each district’s employee health strategy.
Humble ISD introduced Next Level Prime in 2024 for approximately 4,500 employees and more than 3,000 covered dependents enrolled in its self-funded medical plan. Approximately 60% of the district’s covered population used the benefit during the first year.
During that period, Humble ISD reported $2.3 million in net health plan savings, a 30% reduction in emergency room visits, an 85% reduction in traditional urgent care visits, and a 6% reduction in total medical claims spending. Employee satisfaction remained high, with a Net Promoter Score exceeding 90.

Employees have also responded positively to the benefit and the access it provides.

Willis ISD has also reported increasing financial impact as employees and their families have become more familiar with the benefit. During Year 2 of its partnership, the district generated more than $2.4 million in health plan savings, surpassing its entire first-year savings total with five months still remaining in the plan year. The district maintained an employee Net Promoter Score of 90.
