Ray brings more than 25 years of healthcare, technology, and business leadership experience, with a proven record of driving growth, operational excellence, and transformational change. She joins RejuvenX from McKesson, one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies, where she held a series of executive leadership roles spanning strategy, marketing, e-commerce, technology, business operations, and enterprise transformation. Most notably, she served as President of McKesson Pharmacy Technology & Services, where she brought together four healthcare technology businesses and led an organization of approximately 800 employees serving more than 35,000 pharmacy and health system customers nationwide.
Throughout her career, Ray has led several business units, scaled high-performing teams, launched innovative products and services, and delivered significant growth while improving customer and employee engagement. Her proven leadership and strategic vision position her to guide RejuvenX through its next chapter of growth.
