Hilgers continues its strategic national expansion with the addition of veteran intellectual property litigator Erin Kelly, who joins the firm’s Denver office after more than 15 years with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and its predecessor firm.

A registered patent attorney with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering, Ms. Kelly brings extensive experience helping innovative companies protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property through high-stakes litigation and strategic counseling.

Ms. Kelly represents clients in complex patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes, advising companies across industries ranging from aerospace and medical devices to renewable energy, software and advanced manufacturing. She has successfully handled sophisticated IP matters in federal courts, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and in international arbitration, helping clients protect and defend critical innovations while advancing their broader business objectives.
