MIAMI, Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nationally recognized trial attorney Amanda Demanda, founder of Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers, is offering a message to the next generation of attorneys as a new class begins law school: start writing now.
In a new commentary published by Above the Law, one of the nation’s most widely read legal news and commentary platforms, Demanda writes directly to this year’s law students about an important part of becoming a lawyer that cannot be learned solely from casebooks, lectures or exams.
Her message is simple: writing makes lawyers better.
The new piece, “An Open Letter To This Year’s Law Students,” continues Demanda’s recent focus on the professional development of young lawyers and law students, particularly the importance of learning to communicate clearly, developing an independent point of view and becoming comfortable expressing ideas publicly.
