The investment will support Tom Beckbe’s vision for growth and conservation

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tom Beckbe, the Birmingham-based maker of classic American outdoor apparel and gear, today announced it has received a minority investment from Cox Outdoors.

Founded in 2015 by Radcliff and Mary Menge, Tom Beckbe began with the simple idea for a better hunting jacket. The brand has since grown to offer a full line of apparel and gear for the field and every day, available online and through a growing network of owned and partner stores. Tom Beckbe’s newest retail location, in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, will open this September.

Tom Beckbe will remain independently run by its founders, with the same team, the same values, and the same commitment to craft that have defined the brand since 2015.
