One year after 33-year-old Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra’s death, her estate’s attorneys are asking anyone with information to come forward.
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — One year after 33-year-old fashion entrepreneur Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra was found unresponsive aboard a yacht in Montauk and later pronounced dead, her family and their attorneys are launching a public tipline seeking witnesses and new information about what happened that night.
Martha’s family and their attorneys at Brithem LLP have launched marthatipline.com, a public tipline seeking information that could help the legal team’s continuing investigation into the events at the Star Island Yacht Club on August 4–5, 2025.
The launch follows a wrongful death lawsuit filed August 4, 2026 by Brithem attorneys Michael Bowe and Lauren Tabaksblat against Christopher Durnan on behalf of Martha’s estate. The lawsuit, Nolan v. Durnan, was filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, Case No. 159814/2026.
